    Didn't Work

    Contrary to their sales blurb, I was not impressed with this unit. It failed to work when I was away on holiday (and nearly lost a whole load of plants) and the override failed to work. I have returned it. I presume I got a defective unit. I will give a replacement unit a chance otherwise I'll have to try something else.

    Vast improvement to previuos AC1

    Morning and evening watering is easily programmed. Over-ride button does not disrupt other programmes. Very easy to understand.

    Good product at a great price

    Haven't used it yet but familiar with its predecessor. It seems well made and easier to program than the older model. And it uses AA batteries which are fairly standard for most smaller appliances. The price I paid was also about half the old one.

    A useful automatic watering system.

    This product needs setting up to hose and micro system. Once tested can be left alone keeping a check on battery usage. summer use only avoiding frosts.
