Let down by the delivery service Yodel, parcel dumped in the middle of the garden path, in the rain parcel had started to disintegrate. Wife in all day and says no one knocked plus under a concrete bench next to the front door would have provided a dry area to leave the parcel

The buyer was accidentally sent the more expensive variant of the model they chose. When the buyer contacted us we apologised, and we offered a free return for a full refund, or a partial refund if they chose to keep the more valuable items. Instead when a complete resolution had already been offered, The buyer also closed their Ebay return and chose not to return the item, so presumably they realised they had a better deal. The buyer frcided to leave neg feedback regardless
