You get what you pay for - not cheap but a pleasure to use such a well thought out product.
Good design features. "Kick out" stand, folding handle, hose guide and long handle all make this so easy to use. No unwanted drips so far. The hose supplied is the more basic "classic" ( next grade up would have seemed more fitting for this reel - but the hose itself does have a 12 year guarantee). The hose reel feels good quality that should stand the test of time which, if it does, whilst not cheap, for me will justify rating it as good value.Good design features.
