We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
 
Payment terms are cash, paypal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
 
Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.

You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

    Excellent value for money chair,well made,easy to unfold,with nice big mud feet stands on legs.the back reclining adjustable position handles are a dream to use, so easy to operate.much better than the wheel type handles.making it easy to adjust.the chair is very light and easy to carry....excellent.

    Fishing chair

    Iv only used it once wasn't as light as I thought it would be. The reclining mechanism sits proud of the seat cover and tends to dig into your arms also it had a tendency to click back when you put your full weight on it going to try it again and see what I find

    This chair is good quality and good value for money . It is comfortable enough to sit in all day has good back and neck support. It is not heavy at all folding away nicely . I would recommend this chair to anyone who doesn't want to spend silly money . I'm really pleased with it

    The build quality is pretty good … the adjustment clamps ain’t the best but are up to the job .. overall for a chair that’s less than half the price of the top end chairs you can buy … I’d pick this over all and spend the change on other essentials.. .. bargain if you ask me … I’m totally happy with my purchase and delivery

    QUITE INNOVATIVE

    THERE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN QUITE A LOT OF THOUGHT GONE INTO THIS CHAIRS DESIGN, THE RECLINING MECHANISM IS SOMETHING I HAVE NOT COME ACROSS BEFORE, AND GIVES MORE POSITIONS THAN THE SCREW TYPE ADJUSTER, AND THE TUBULAR LEGS ON A SLIDING GRIP, ADJUST TO THE mm, UNLIKE THE HOLE AND PIN TYPE LEGS. IF IT LASTS, IT WILL HAVE BEEN AN EXCELLENT BUY.
