    DHL delived item to wrong flat 3 upstairs. Package clearly stated flat 2 and I'm on the ground floor. Label did not have my name on. Found parcel left outside neighbours flat who was not in so clearly not signed for even though dhl say it was signed for. Very poor delivery. Checked item all there but not tried it yet.

    NOT RECOMMENDED..A complete waste of time. Seller sent a cheap plastic made camera that was nothing like the one pictured in the listing,The model number of the camera that they sent was printed on the delivery address label so in essence they knew which one they had sent and the one i received was NOT an error. Tried to blag me by saying the one i had been sent was much more expensive etc,.it is the worst one i had ever unboxed .Ebay had to intervene with regard to the return label & refund.
