Powerline speed is dependent upon the age, quality and condition of the mains wiring in your property(which they use as a conduit to transmit broadband signal), as well as the level of interference on the circuit. The 4 x Mini Connectors have been tested and achieved speeds far in excess of 100Mbps (so therefore the speed is being limited by conditions in your property).
