This seller went above and beyond. The Post Office took over a week to deliver the leaves so they were sad. The seller is resending and was great to work with solving an issue that she did not cause. Leaves were perfectly packed but the shipping time did them in. I will order again from this seller. She had nice selections and was very accommodating.

Prior to the shipping of this plant, we had an unseasonable cold snap. I contacted the seller to ask if she could postpone shipping for a week, and she graciously agreed. I REALLY appreciated this. It arrived today, with the best packing for an African Violet that I have ever seen. It was in perfect shape, not so much as a bent leaf! I inspected the plant with a lighted magnifier, and it appears to be in perfect health. I will order from this seller again. 🙂
