Excellent communication, the delivery company put the hat in a cupboard to which I have no access, left no note to say where it had been put, the only reason it was found was by the cleaners who are the only ones who have access to this cupboard. I suggest changing delivery companies! However I’m happy with the hat and with the company but not the delivery man.
