We are extremely sorry to hear that our customer had an allergic reaction to the soap. This is the first time this has happened in over 4 years of selling this soap. We have been in touch with the customer & requested for more info. But we have not received any pictures or doctor's reports. Thankfully, customer has confirmed it has cleared up though. We always highly advise all of our customers (especially with sensitive skin) to test whitening products by dabbing a small amount behind the ear.
