I purchased more substantial solid plastic tabs which now contain the paper strips. I decided to pay extra cash in order to have a satisfactory filing system. I wouldn't expect the seller to pay half towards these solid plastic tabs, that would be nice. I couldn't justify returning the product because the tabs were rubbish. The seller should detail more how tabs function.
