Wood arrived on time and l must say beyond 5 stars for your delivery driver, it was very heavy and offered to lay the wood in the area l needed it and at the same time I had a delivery of a garden table and he lifted the heavy box into the garden for me, such a lovely helpful man. Needed some sleepers ,Wickes wanted £38 each…….these were £29 with free delivery.
The delivery time was super quick.
Communication was spot on, it was an empty property so I needed a time to be on site.

Item shown despatched on the 9th April, called seller twice today 15th Apr to find out when item will arrive and told out of stock, to get a refund I need to contact eBay.
Item cannot have been despatched, no communication from seller to advise incorrect information and Item out of stock. I have had to buy a replacement product, pay a higher price and higher delivery charge to ensure I have item in time for my project to run to time. Would not use again, inexcusable customer service and support.
