The frame itself in my opinion isn't as sturdy as I hoped as it must have been squashed in transit as is slightly twisted and the lid slightly 'askew' with a couple of chips of paint - however I have managed to push it mainly back into shape and the 'lid' is only slightly adrift which I can live with to protect my post from my puppy. I think this item may have been a reject or return, which is ok, but that should have been reflected in the price

A very strong good sized item
A great strong item but it didn’t fit without screws were it said it would. We have managed to use double sided sticky tape to secure it to the door & so far it is working. A very strong well made item

Easy to fit
We have 2 dogs who decided that they didn’t like the post coming throughout the door. This is ideal for protecting the post and the postman’s fingers. It was easy to fit , no screws just slotted behind the letterbox surround and is sturdy.
