Item was new, however it did not produced the expected 13.8V output as it should have occurred, so it was not good to use with my amateur radios. Maximum voltage registered was 12.7V with even a lower drop to 10.6V when powering equipment at very low amperage use. Returned to seller at his expense. Thanks.
