I've used these secateurs since way back, when they were produced by Sandvik & I like everything about them. The simple clip to keep them closed is less liable to jam than other types of lock.They are good quality and can be easily dismantled for cleaning and sharpening, the spring is replaceable. Good quality secateurs at a sensible price
Very simple to use and comfortable. Well made by a quality manufacturer. A simple but effective locking clip that is so much better than other types that have a lever or slide switch to lock. I have found the slider type can lock in use whilst the lever types can do the same; both annoying whilst you ar pruning.

Very good secateurs
Got these for my wife based on reviews suggesting that they were good for people with arthritic hands. They are light in weight but cut very well, and look worthy of the Wilkinson Sword brand. Cannot tell yet how long they will stay sharp, but they make a good first impression.
