Item was as described....but arrived late. Their "customer service" needs improving - not a quick replier to initial messages, but was quick to reply when I complained about a "large, overnight" delivery taking 3 days to arrive (& still haven't actually received a proper reply on this) & the tone of their replies (thank goodness this isn't Twitter [X] ) is not how you should treat any customer - for any reason. Don't use presumption - listen to your customers - don't treat them with contempt!!!
