Sent wrong item they are trying to make me either pay return shipping for shipping me wrong item or me buying more items and they will send missing item with it. Also now they want to give partial refund when i want what i ordered will never buy from them again

It was an honest mistake because both chips bags look the same and I apologised. I offered many different options to compensate and expected their understanding because return shipping from the US costs more than their whole order in the first place. In the end, I sent a refund of the item being the best solution and then they left a negative review. It is obvious that they just wanted to be bitter and rude and didn't really care about anything, neither said what they wanted in the first place.
