After contacting the seller direct they dealt with my order promptly. I m very satisfied with the company and recommend strongly to purchase from them. I do advise however to contact them direct instead of through the Ebay app.

This dumper was caught up in the Palletways system for a few days unbeknown to us, as simple phone call from the buyer before leaving negative feedback would have been nice, we certainly aren't a scam outfit ! as soon as we were made aware there was a problem we sorted it for next day delivery. maybe don't be so quick to be critical before you know all the facts in future, very disappointed to get our first negative feedback !
