It's ok I think bargin wasn't sure how we both would sleep as it's a bit softer than old bed that we had had a very long time but we both sleeped very well . So I'm happy they responded well as a company when the first delivery didn't arrive. I think they are hand made beds not from a large bed manufacturer. Does what it's says on the tin. Thankyou

Arrived on time, packaged well, as described. Courier were helpful and friendly. The seller is amazing, I reached out as I am not always at home, and they arranged the delivery for a nominated Saturday. I was then called on Friday to confirm, just amazing service!!! The communication is excellent!

The delivery was delayed due to courier issues which meant I spent all day waiting in. The seller swiftly organised an alternative date where it was delivered on time and assembled with the packaging taken away. I’m blown away by the value for money, ok, the mattress could be a higher spec but with a topper on it is very comfortable as it’s also a guest bed.
The seller is genuine and customer service oriented. There is a small damage to the material on one corner but I can live that.

Very good eBay seller, excellent communication, my bed frame is beautiful and well packaged, no damage and it’s delivered on time. I was called when they are nearly in my house and I received a very up to date and full information about my delivery. The only thing is I did not use my discount code when I was making the order because I did it while I was walking 🚶♀️ so did not notice in time I’m supposed to apply the code as I thought it’s automatically applied because of that I loose £20.
