It was packed very well and the delivery company were polite and helpful . Saying that I hate now to add what might seem a negative but a couple of connecters for the divan bases would have been a finishing touch and in reality very small cost . If customer wanted to change them for personal choice , they could . Excellent.

It’s a very cheap spring mattress. If you sit or kneel on the mattress you go straight through it as it dips a lot. Definitely not what it stated in the description about the mattress. However the bed overall is good value for the money nice fabric and soft to the touch. Just need to figure a way how to attach the headboard with no holes through. The service was awesome and kept me up to date!

Was a bit of a nightmare finding where to attach the headboard but after a message to the company they gave advice and went together perfect. Was sceptical for the price but this is a really lovely bed and the mattress is so comfortable to sleep on (my son assures me of this)

It only took me 2 hours to put together (with a toddler trying to help). Absolute recommend 10/10 also great communication from seller keeping my updated with my order.
