We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.

If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

Easy to assemble. My two cats love it… They usually fight for the top of the tower though. Good height. Lots of platforms for them to jump in and the beds support a 5kg+ cat (big cat) with wiggle room to spare. Only criticism I have is was the new smell of the material - was quite potent/new material factory smell… just conscious cats have sensitive noses. Despite this, the cats didn’t seem to mind at all and slept in it straight away.

We have 2 cats (1 large and 1 medium) and they have used it for a week now; they love it. The cat tree is sturdy and robust and while they material on the bases is not that thick, round the edges it is nice and soft. It is not difficult to assemble though the instructions are not very detailed, Great value for money; we shopped around and it is easily better than other products I've seen which were £20 to £40 more expensive.
