    The labels eventually received were the wrong design which i reluctantly agreed to accept as labels were needed. Alas the wrong design is still being advertised even though i was told that they were no longer available. When the square edged labels were received and placed in my three labelling guns, they would work for a few labels and then jam the gun. Old stock with damaged cores were sent, and eventually only a partial refund was sent. Not a great experience with this seller.

    Please be aware that if you have any problems this seller will not return or reply to any messages. Their postal delivery dates cannot be believed. My item was given a tracking number generated on July 19th track 48. The parcel was actually posted on August 2nd & arrived August 3rd. Royal Mail does not take 15 days to deliver a parcel supposedly posted as a Track 48 parcel !!! And it was only posted because l got ebay involved .
