When I complained, I was just told to send them back, and even eBay said send them back, for a refund. I said no, I won't, as they will only sell them AGAIN, to someone who thinks they were getting a quality brand, but receive an inferior pen! So, by not sending them back, I'm losing just under £10, which isn't a fortune, but it's the principle of things.
