Helped ease my sudden painful bones + joints caused by severe depletion of VITAMIN D back in UK climate after 10 years living in the sun. Tastes good and no adverse effects on stomach in my case. Vit D essential for immune system to work, as well as bone function. Magnesium + Calcium + Zinc also essential for healthy pain free bones.
