I paid for item Sep 10th am, tracking number assigned Sep 17th, item not shipped in stated timeframe, shipped Sep 25th (15th day), and received Sep 29th. I sent seller msg on Sep 24th asking if item had shipped, but no reply from seller. Not sure what happened, if seller was too busy or ill, but non-existent communication. Thank goodness item arrived eventually.
