Item never received. 11 days after it was “posted” seller not responding to my messages. No tracking information supplied. I believe to be a scammer!! Avoid!

Utterly unwarranted feedback. The buyer has been reported as a consequence.
I replied to the customers both messages and explained that, as per the listing, the item was sent via 2nc class Royal Mail so unfortunately, no tracking is available with that service. As soon as the item leaves me I have to rely upon Royal Mail to deliver it. I have had 100% positive feedback until this needless feedback and to call me a scammer is an absolute disgrace. The customer has been refunded.
