We’re confident that you will be delighted with your furniture, however in the unlikely event that you are not we offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee, starting from the day after delivery. Just send us a message via eBay letting us know that you wish to return your purchase and take note of the following conditions:

• We kindly ask you to return all products as they were delivered in the original packing or other suitable packaging.

• Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the buyer but we have a service in place to make all the return arrangements for you. The cost of a return is £40 per product. Alternatively you can return the items via your own carrier. If you choose to do this please let us know when to expect the goods.

• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the goods having been received at our warehouse
