    My parcel almost got lost because online tracker stated delivered but I did not receive it. There needs to be an update on which local courier service is tasked with delivering the parcel from overseas sellers. We do not have Bolivian post locally in Malaysia. So if a parcel is lost in transit how do we check and track? The courier also did not call or text when item is delivered. The parcel suddenly reappeared a few days AFTER tracker stated delivered. Seller and item were good though.
