I ordered x2 5kg coco coir bricks. The seller sent me a big black sack of pebbles. He is non responsive to messages and now I have to find a way of carrying something large and heavy to the post office to get my money back. He sends you something so awkward to return

Not quite 42cm at the top as advertised. And because the sides taper in the bottom bit is nowhere near 42cm. The bottom would never fit a 42cm pot 🤷♀️ and one came damaged on the corner. So all in all not a very good purchase gutted because I needed them asap

Massive mistake hunting the cheap deals.. Ordered a Omega light kit from these to find that they're sending used broken items even totally different brand!! And guess what? They're denying the scam. They did offer a replacement but in order to get that I have to pack their broken used items and go to post them. Haven't got time for that. People, pay a £5 extra and get what u pay for.
