Awesome, A+ ebay seller who went the extra mile to help me. My Uggs are beautiful and just as described. Shipping was prompt. However the day the Uggs were supposed to arrive at my house the USPS tracking showed them delivered to another town. Seller was prompt to communicate with me and to respond to my ebay resolution request. Shoes showed up 5 days later. Seller had put my correct address on the package so who knows what happened--but seller stayed with me to make sure it was made right. A+++
