Got a normal bed instead of Ottoman one but the seller were quick and helpful to rectify the problem. They even obliged to my request to change the colour as the one I ordered didn’t quite go well with the room. They are very solid bed and fitting is quite straightforward if you have any experience with flat pack stuff. Will definitely recommend and buy from them again.

I bought this bed in cream for my daughter. It is very good quality and at a reasonable price. It is sturdy and extremely comfortable. The cream is very pale and I am a little worried that it will be hard to get any marks off, but it looks gorgeous and I would definitely recommend

The bed arrived on time and was well packaged. It is as described in the details but when moving the 2 haves of the base they felt a bit wobbly … a problem that was resolved once they were joined together. The courier was an absolute diamond as I’d paid someone to dismantle my old bed ( old 20’s metal frame ) and although a price was agreed on the phone he refused to take the frame outside unless I paid him extra, so the courier did this for me as I am disabled. 🙏🏼 Mr Singh thank you so much.

After ordering this, as an afterthought I looked at the reviews, made for some shocking reading so panicked a little bit, I emailed them about my concerns & have had the best customer service. Sadly my first delivery the couroer didnt show up, which was annoying, however they did quickly respond to sort it out and give me a new date, to which the communication was great! I then received an exact time. It is the matress in the picture & great value for money! Don't be put off by the bad reviews
