Terms and conditions of the sale
All goods returned must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a paypal print off) or they will be refused.
 
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us via the eBay messages and include any relevant images and we will contact you to work out a solution.
 
Oils, lubricants and fluids are non-returnable once purchased.
 
Parts must be checked for compatibility before fitment, please make sure they match the parts you remove. If in doubt do not fit the parts and contact us first if necessary. We will not be liable for any 3rd party labour costs or pay any losses arising therefrom.
 
Buyers must pay return postage costs unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items suspected to be faulty must be returned for testing/inspection before any refund will be considered, we cannot send out any replacement unit the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. Refunds will be made minus ebay fee's and delivery charges.

    It works a treat

    I added this treatment to my 2012 Audi A3 2.0 TDI which has only covered 28k from new & since we didn't use it enough the DPF light would be on every other week even after a blast up the motorway. Since using this forte treatment I can honestly say it works & ever since March 2017 the DPF light has never come on again & the car is being used as it was before. I have used other forte products & have to say they also work.

    First time trying

    I have just purchased this going on the good reviews it got, the dpf light is not on in my car, and I hope it never does, so I have added some of this to a full tank, as a backup precaution, only slight down side is the bottle leaks, so keep it upright

    Smokin! Or not, actually.

    Stop your car coughing and that annoying little orange light coming on. Bang some of this in your fuel tank. Saves burning up and down the motorway every few weeks to clear your DPF. Put it in about every third tank full.

    Forte dog cleaner

    Excellent product works first time and every time. I use it every 6 months to avoid build up and dash light coming on. Use it in any diesel mines 1.9 too golf bluemotion. If you drive economically use forte it won't let u down

    Really does work

    This really works. I have a 2004 bmw 530d which had a total loss of power to the point were it would only do 25 mph on a small hill. Was told that is was down to the DPF filter being blocked or partly blocked. Add this to 30 litres of fuel and drove for an hour holding the revs at around 2000 rpm and it has definitely cleared it out and now is back to normal. I'll be adding this stuff every 6 months to help keep it clean.
