I ordered a plushie, and it came just as described. It was new with tags, in perfect condition, and VERY securely packaged. Honestly, it was the best packaging I've ever seen. I had to struggle to get the bag open lol, but that's a good thing! My plushie was completely in tact and the tags weren't bent. Thanks so much!
