  • Very highly recommended read

This book is a fantastically detailed account of the life of a truly talented genius who, despite his downside, gave so much joy to the world with his breathtakingly original, imaginative, evocative and very memorable recordings. These recordings will forever stand as testament to Phil Spector's talent as a producer, and looking at the dismal state of today's music scene, it sadly seems highly unlikely that we will ever see his likes again. Very highly recommended.
