I ordered item on December 11th it wasn't sent out till December 18th was said to be delivered before Christmas on now I'm not getting it till December 26th and it was a Christmas gift not happy when it could have been sent out earlier to avoid the late deliver and not promise a date and seller has not communicated with me on this problem at all
