    The motor showed up in a timely fashion. It was packed in such a way as to arrive in good shape. It appeared to be new as stated in the add. Though there was some confusion at first, PNKMonky was helpful and even offered to take the motor back. The original motor was no longer produced, but Amana said this one would work. It does work and the motor is functioning well and tumbling the clothes in the dryer as we speak. Thank you PNK!

    A good dog training and behavior modifying device

    Based on a open box price, the e-collar was a good value. It did not come with a user manual but Petrainer has a good website and VERY helpful factory support. Without this great website and call-in support, I probably wouldn't recommend an open box purchase of any electronic device. Bottom line this e-collar works very well and gives the user lots of options once you learn how to use it.

    We have a american Eskimo dog that is 8 months old. Before Petrainer Pet998DRU the dog was a total terror. Since we had the Petrainer she now leaves our cat alone and she does not attack us when she is board. What a difference a little discipline does. Thanks
