    Good value laptop for the spec. Refurb could be better. They vinyl wrapped lid to cover scratches but dent still visible. Screen has marks. Left and right click buttons seem to stick, doesn't give a noticeable click. Very annoying so I've had to order a wireless laser mouse separate. Wasn't expecting perfect by any means but expected better than received. Will still leave 5 stars and positive feedback because I don't enjoy leaving negative feedback.

    The refurb laptop was clean and only had very minor scratches. Size wasn't stated but was very happy with 11inch screen. The laptop was also touchscreen and the processor a generation above stated so I was very happy. However, the battery life was poor, lasting just over an hour from full charge. I bought a new battery (£50 from Dell but upgrade on original) and installed it myself. Think you expect that when buying used. Overall pleased and delivered was quickly.

    A refurbished laptop. There are a few scratches around the ports, where people have been inserting USBs etc. but apart from that, the laptop is in excellent condition. It is quick and powerful. It has a strong, bright and detailed 14" screen. It is a business machine (windows 11 Pro) and therefore has a few details I will never need (eg. a SIM port). I bough it because it seemed very good value and I wasn't disappointed.
