The only slight negative is I was unable to specify the screen size and the one I received was slightly smaller (13 inch) than I would have ideally liked. The overall size is smaller & the cursor touchpad is not as sensitive as I would like, but I'll happily trade them off for the processing speed & 2TB of SSD space. I'm looking at getting me a mouse to overcome the touchpad issues. I'll defo be looking for refurbed tech in the future, amazing prices on the specs 🤩

If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller
