Very poor and lazy customer service! Item has been stuck at its point of origin for over a week. I reported this and seller just updated tracking info which changed nothing. Some things are beyond a seller’s control, but they can also be more pro-active or do something to make it right. Sadly high volume sellers can get away with treating customers like this.

Rating seller positive due to price, shipping time, packaging & condition of cards received being good. Seller also fairly adds disclaimer they can't update photo between every sale. Fair.. but was still let down by significant difference in centering of cards received compared to photos. Intentionally ordered cards w/lowest #sold hoping to increase odds of good centering. '87 Murphy was sadly the worst of five cards ordered but also an '83 Reardon w/0 sold still didn't give pictured card.
