Order the Buckingham model from start to finish Not Impressed With condition And customer support With Caravan awning 1st part arrived 1 day 2nd part the next Day I did email but not answered only when I phoned them. I erected awning on site and had one broken leg clip and 2 holes in the roof i am not surprised as outer cover just arrived in outer bag trying to return was awful had to keep phoning up for returns label and again to get my refund .Messages are just ignored not even a sorry
