Item exactly as described. Shipped quickly and was packed very well. Both price and shipping costs were fair and reasonable. I have confirmed good operation in every respect so far except UV lamp performance (sensitivity and noise). The lamp is of course critical and replaceable, but very expensive so I hope it works well. If not, then I have covered that with the offering price. Very satisfied with this seller and product.
