We wouldn't normally say this but you are a fraudulent customer. Sending something back in an awful state and yet ebay make us fully refund you. No wonder small businesses are struggling with customers like you that think you can return something for a refund under change of mind that cannot be sold as new. We had to sell this item for £50 - that means we lost about £200 when we did everything correctly and sent you the order you placed.

Poor stability
The unit works very well and is easy to use.The sound is ,can be loud but controllable.The only disapointing feature is the position of the wheels compared with the weight of the unit,they are too close together which leads to instability when pulling it along,it wobbles almost out of control !

A good fit-for-purpose system
If you’re needs are a portable, good sound quality, reasonably priced, easy to set up PA system, then you could do a lot worse than this. The output adequately fills a large rooms, and the echo effect adds a nice ambience to your Bluetooth and unbalanced mic/instrument inputs. The controls- whilst not as comprehensive as a full fx sound desk, - offer as good an overall effect as most of us who aren’t sound engineers (and some who are!) could hope to achieve with one. So, if - like me (an accordionist and singer)- you’re flitting from venue to venue and need a good, portable, easy to use system with an output that could fill a room, or just add that extra ambience and volume to a background performance such as a cafe or restaurant, I would recommend this.
