  • My Favourite Band From The Late 80s - Early 90s - Revisited.....

    I had this cd back in about 1991 when it came out but as what usually happens, our tastes change over time and we listen to other stuff when bands like this split. However, nearly 30 years later, the current music scene is dire so I've found myself listening to the stuff I listened to during my festival years - The Wonderstuff, Stone Roses, Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine, and other indie stuff from back in the day. Buying this album again was strange because I used to have it back then, but a couple of quid from Music Magpie wasn't too bad. Listening to the tracks again for the first time in about 26-27 years I instantly became familiar with them again, and to be honest, I had forgotten how good they sound! Mission Drive, Play, Donation, Inertia.....why did they ever split? I know ...
