I tried to cancel my purchase before the seller purchased a shipping label. I have been in contact with this seller, and he /she is a belligerent, person that wants to shame me to a point I will give up. He claims in 20 years he hasn't found anyone as confused as I am. So now he is just going to outwait me.

!st, I am a he not a she. I informed the seller I initiated a full refund, kept nothing and as much as I wish I could, I had no remedy and encouraged her to ask eBay for help as something clearly went wrong.The buyer never returned the items either so draw your own conclusions. I hate if it was actually damaged, that it was in shipping which is why it was insured. But since the buyer never sent photos or proof, I am out the money and the buildings. A great deal for $10 if you ask me. Some folks.

Sometimes a negative experience is really a positive. Unfortunately the piece was damaged in shipping, but it was packed well, shipped fast, and return processed by very communicative seller. I would buy from him again without hesitation. eBay is about relationships. Seller is honest, helpful, fast to communicate, and a professional. Accidents happen. This one was out of his control. I honestly feel better about leaving positive feedback after a problem. That is where the trust is established.
