    More from a favorite writer

    Robert B Parker's attitude seemed to be "Why use two words if one will do the job?" His terse style of writing made him one of my favorite authors and Spenser one of my favorite characters. Unlike the many authors who seem more interested in filling the page with long, rambling descriptions, Parker got his point across very well and very briefly. Bad Business carries on the Spenser saga with the same characters and style we have come to know in prior novels.
