Absolutely gutted that much longed for product did not materialise on estimated dates.I emailed seller to request date of dispatch to no avail. eBay informed me that apparently buyer’s address was incorrect?I do not understand this reason. I have today been reimbursed and am grateful for this as I paid £52 -well over normal price as it was an out of stock product.It is still being shown on line !! I am 80 with thin hair-product was my saviour,hence my great disappointment.I feel let down.
