I've contacted the seller twice now with no reply, to be fair the parcel was delivered broken and while the courier was at my door he said that I had to contact the seller for a returns label, but with no response unfortunately ebay needs to be involved. I as a buyer don't want to go down that road. I can buy bulbs anywhere but I wanted to give this seller a turn. Maybe the seller is away on holiday? A reply would be appreciated . Kind regards
