Delay was due to a small issue with regards to the colour of choice not being available. When the issue came to light, the seller was very quick to contact me about it and it was resolved quickly. Very good communication overall, I would buy from this seller again. Item came as described and in new condition, sealed. My only complaint is that the listing did not have images of all of the cases for the different types of models.
