Long story - but gave caravan make and model and received size recommendation. Double checked the handbook and it didn't match so confirmed with them 1st. Under their advice ordered the size recommended. It was too big. Their 1st response was to try and charge me £100 to return it. I declined politely. They then arranged collection of it, but the guy wouldn't take it as he was only expecting 1 box not 2. They rearranged collection successfully and then sent the right size. Product is great tho
