Item was never sent on the date shown as dispatched. It was sent 2 days later. Requested to re-arrange delivery to week day as the business open weekdays only. It was not re-scheduled. I had to call AO again 2 days later to re-arrange delivery. When the item arrived the box was open.The item was not wrapped properly. Delivery driver said he can wrap the section of the box that was not wrapped.I don’t see the point as the item reached the destination. It should have been done at point of origin.
