Thank you for sending out quickly. Can I just say that when this was folded and wrapped at the factory, it ended up with with a big crease. I am letting the topper air to see if this drops out, otherwise will try to get it out by spraying with water and leaving in a warm place. The topper has seams and any folds ought to be made where those seams are.
